Hello dolls! Today’s post is the farthest thing from fashion, but it’s also something I’m passionate about. And that is food! A fun little fact that you probably don’t know about me, is that I am a vegetarian, and I have been for 7 years. I’m also doing my best to live a healthy lifestyle, so I try not to incorporate a lot of dairy and gluten into my meals. Even though I do cook a lot of vegan dishes, I do not consider myself one.
This dish is so simple and absolutely delicious. It’s my go to whenever I’m short on time and I want my tummy to be filled up. And of course chickpeas is a high source of protein and fibre! Even if you’re not a vegetarian, it makes’s a great side!
